On tap at the brewpub. Amere superieure is an English IPA that is 100% warrior hopped. it is a classic copper color with a herbal bready aroma. The taste is well balanced, bitter sharp green flavor & a bit of spices with a clean bitter finish.

Marquis de vaudreuil is a crystal clear amber with a nutty caramel aroma. Medium bodied with a dry finish. The taste is tangy caramel with a little nuttiness. A classic amber or as they say in Quebec une rouses classique.

This has now been ramped up to 11.3% and named Sensei Master Ninja IPA. I was on the fence over adding it as a separate listing. A deep amber red color with a beige creamy head, a rich malty stinky cheese aroma - it is double mashed. Syrupy malty sugary flavor with a wonderful hoppiness. Think a top class American Barleywine.

On tap at the brewpub. Made with a variety of peppers 8.3% A cloudy light copper. Really spicy peppery wheat aroma. Very smooth bodied. Peppery spicy witbier verging on over the top. Dangerously easy drinking for 8.3%!

Blonde sèche en bouche avec une pointe d’amertume. 5%. A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, lightly sweet chalky malt with faint grassy hops. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, OK but a bit boring. On tap at brewery.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet nutty malt with caramel notes, grassy and soapy character, so-so. In mouth, a watery caramel malt with light grassy hops, very plain and simple, pedestrian. On tap at brewery.
