Bottle. Lighter but still nice wheat and banana aroma. Light yellow with small but lasting head. Wheat malt flavor predominates - light banana and orange as well. Pretty watery. Compared to regular Weizens this doesn’t compare very well but given that it’s a low-alcohol, lo-cal beer, it’s extremely good - would take this any day over any other light beer.

Bottle. Dark malt, banana, orange, and clove aroma. Dark orange-brown color - cloudy with large head. Sweet orange and banana flavor - nice strong flavor - dark malt flavor comes out later. Nice body. A very nice dunkelweizen - would be just about perfect if it had more of the dark chocolate malt flavor.

Bottle. Corn and barley malt aroma - slightly sweet. Golden yellow color but litlle efferverscence or head. Slightly sweet barley malt flavor with moderate hops finish. This tastes more like a German lager than a pils.

Bottle. A cloudy orange/brown colour. Nice offwhite head. Smell of clove and orange peels. Has a spicy yeasty taste. Also a plessant taste of clove and citrus. Has absolutly no bitterness in the aftertaste. Not a bad weisse from the western part of Bavaria.

Tap - smokey malt and banana aroma. Dark tan cloudy color. Smooth tasting mix of banana, clove and slightly smokey malt (not as much as the aroma would lead you to believe) with no bitterness. A great tasting and smooth weizen bock. Brewery is definitely worth a visit.

Bottle - Malt and hops aroma. Clear yellow color. NIce balanced hops bitterness and sweet malt. A nice beer although it’s nothing unique.

Tap in brewery. A nice malty aroma - dark yellow cloudy color. Flavor of citrus and malt - very nice straight from the tap. Brewery is definitely worth a trip on your way to Neuschwanstein.

Bottle - Mild aroma - bananas primarily. NIce cloudy amber color. Flavor continues on the mild side - banana and cloves with a bit of peppery feel.
