Aroma sweet malt, grain, white bread, light citrus notes, perfumy and floral notes, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, grass, some citrus, white bread, floral notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, persistant citrus, nice.

Bottle from Raynville Stores. It pours clear golden - blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, sweet, grain husks, doughy white bread, straw, cereal, nuttiness, grass and light spice. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, fairly sweet, doughy white bread, sponge cake, grass, straw, hint of acidity almost and a nip of spice with a dry finish. Average body and fine carbonation. Simple, but enjoyable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Hereford Beer House. Label just says Gold instead of Premium Gold but the ABV matches up. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with rich, doughy pale bread, biscuits, faint bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Further simple, fresh white bread in the finish, minimal bitterness. It's a nice, straightforward beer.
