Bottle thanks to the brewery. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - green notes, like flower stalks. The nettles, I guess? Taste - like drinking flowers, floral then stalky again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a bit weird but ok.

Bottle thanks to the brewery. Appearance - golden with a thin head. Nose - touch of lemon against pale malt background. Taste - lemon and biscuity malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy/dry texture and a fairly balanced finish. Overall - a solid citizen but not exciting.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of grass, pear, metal and earth. Flavour of pear drops, apricot and watery grain. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Decent flavour for the strength.

On cask at the sraf. Close to opaque with a thin head. Some orange chinks. Deep milk chocolate, light nuts on nose and taste. A brisk refreshing stout.

Cask at Cloistered. It pours clear golden amber with a thick off-white head. The nose is soft, doughy, light sweetness, oats and rich tea biscuit The taste is bitter, quite earthy, lemony rind, lime, grapefruit, soapy, pepper, mild acidity, rich tea biscuit and oat with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. a touch watery if truth be told, but drinkable anyhow.
