MòR is Scottish Gaelic for great, so naturally our beers are great too. It can also mean big, just like the flavour we craft into each brew.
All our beer is craft brewed in small batches at our Dundee brewery in Kellas, Tayside.
None of our beer is filtered or pasteurised. Plus it’s all Vegan-Friendly, which means fuller, fresher, longer lasting flavours for everyone.
First brewed early 2012 as Mòr Brewing Ltd. Relaunched in 2019 under new ownership with new recipes, new branding and a trained MSc qualified head brewer.

On cask at the White Lady. Appearance - pale lemon colour. Nicely proportioned white head. Nose - lemon and bread initially and then distinctive peach note. Taste - more citrus and stone fruit. Bready backdrop, possibly getting into cakey. Palate - light bodied, fresh finish. Overall - pretty good. Balanced.

Cask up the White Lady. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of peach and orange. Taste had light melon and more peach. Light bitter finish. Nice.

On cask. Appearance - golden and pretty clear, with a white head. Nose - lemon, floral, plant stalk and biscuit. Taste - more lemon, resin and bready. Palate - light bodied, dry malty finish. Overall - decent.

[Cask at the Counting House (JDW), Glasgow.] A pale straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; lemony aroma; rather thin in the mouth with a pithy lemon taste ; and a sweetish finish.

Keg at Brewdog Kelvingrove. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of toffee, caramel and light nuts. Taste is sweet. Thin finish.

500ml bottle from Luvians Cupar. It pours hazy golden - yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, herbal, minty, verbena, grassy, leafy, floury bread, doughy and soft. The taste is dry, snappy, floury bread, doughy, cereal, grassy, leafy, herbal, minty, cracker, spice and nuttiness with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not bad.
