Appearance: thick orange haziness with a two finger white frothy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mango to papaya to grapefruity juicy sweetness with a clever clean biscuity malt note underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy sweet tone to a bittersweet hop vibe; finishes clean through all those hop notes and clean malts
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; good smoothness along the tongue with a touch of a slight creamy note; nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA very worthy of returning to.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: dark brown very close to black in color with a two finger khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: clean dark roasted malts, subtle dark chocolate, cocoa powder and/or baker's chocolate, a light touch of black coffee in there and a light earthiness further down in
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fair roasty to sweet earthy quality; finishes dry mostly through the dark malty notes and earthiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, slightly sessionable; some smoothness but the dryness of this beer is well, I don't want to say over the top but it's not exactly faint - we'll just say it's "noticeable"
Overall: I liked this one for the most part but it might be a bit drier than a lot of other dark lagers. Definitely needed some water after this one.

Aroma: danky oniony sweetness, subtle peachy hop notes, light mixed citrusy hop tones; and a light earthy hop spice over some light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to slightly hop spiced quality with light malts providing balance; finishes semi-danky with some peachy hop tones and a light danky tone
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability; good smoothness, a touch of dryness but nothing overbearing; low hop bitterness, and low carb
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA worthy of coming back to.

Canned 2/10/26, drunk 3/18/26.
Nothing too piney or resinous here. In fact, it's quite fruity, with lychee and melon and even a bit of soft, very fruity yeast. Add the hazy appearance and there isn't a ton WC about this, other than maybe a slight preponderance of PNW hops; but even those aren't distinct. Malts seem soft and supportive.
Fruity, with soft, supple, pillowy malts and a gentle sweetness with good attenuation and a good finishing bitterness. Somewhat of a shorter finish; tastes almost wheaty, with the typical nuttiness, chewiness and blandness that wheat provides. Very light grapefruit through the middle, above-average bitterness show flashes of a WC Pale ale, but this is 90% NE Pale ale. Regardless, it's incredibly flavorful, balanced and refreshing. Love that extra bitterness. Could be a bit of diacetyl in here, but it's charming.

Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet semi-juicy tone to a semi-juicy sweet quality; finishes leaning into the guava and papaya mostly
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness rolling about; and a nice allocation of the hops as there's barely any hop bitterness found acting assertively
Overall: well, guess I found the textbook NEIPA from this brewery! Woop woop.

Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did; subtle lace appeared
Aroma: melons, grapefruit, subtle passion fruit, slight oranges - somewhat Mandarin-like? Yeah, I think so; then some clean biscuity malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine fruity sweet to a bittersweet juicy quality; finishes mostly with the melon, grapefruit and oranges
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe closer to medium bodied; slight sessionability to it; some smoothness but a light brisk hoppy bitterness nicking the tongue ever so slightly
Overall: now this is the style this brewery knows how to do! And this is one I'd definitely love to have again!

Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a nice sweet and tart quality then flanked by a little bit of saltiness; finishes raspberry forward with some salt
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness about it with a light acidity in there that seems to nick up the tongue a bit
Overall: as a fruited tart ale with some salt in it, I'd say it works like that but this isn't a gose. One can't just throw in salt in a beer and call it a gose, it doesn't work like that.
