Canned 4/30/24, drunk 11/13/25, as pictured.
Malty with easygoing phenols/esters. Nothing crude. Looks like its long, cold rest has really refined it, if it ever was phenolic. Soft vanilla, honey and mild, mild banana with light mineral and bits of musty cellar and mild acidity.
Soft, lightly oily, with big wheat chewiness. Vanilla, biscuit, mild banana and mild acidity. Gentle sweetness lingering. Clean, easygoing and well-aged with good esters but no crude phenols.

Canned 1/23/24, drunk 11/5/25. Coming up on 2 years old! As pictured.
At least it's been refrigerated. I had assumed this was the weisse/wit hybrid IPA style, which should fair better with age, but it's not. Just an IPA that has wheat in it. AKA half the NEIPAs out there.
Smells juicy, fruity, lightly woody with unripe tropical fruit and light earthy tones. Clean and with a bit of nutty blandness from wheat.
Still a bit of bitterness and lots of unripe tropical fruit/passionfruit. Nutty, chewy, soft and supple texture with moderate to high attenuation. Tropical fruit is dainty, delicately-done and the ample bitterness helps keep it drinkable. Will certainly try a fresher can, but it's pretty clear this is quite well-done.
