Brewery De Ryck is family brewery with a rich history and tradition.
The brewery was founded in 1886 by Gustave De Ryck as ‘Brewery the Golden Eagle’ in the eastern part of Flanders in front of the church in Herzele . Herzele is not only our home base, it's the source of the typical and unique flavor you discover in our beers. We value our origine, our environment and our local market.

Halmgul vätska med vitt krämigt skumlock. Aromer av koriander, lite honung och en lätt degighet. Lätt maltighet med ett litet kladd som övergår i fruktiga smaker, med angenäm örtighet. Torr och lättsam med eldfyllig munkänsla.

Dorada brillante, abundante y duradera espuma blanca. Aroma escaso. Minimas notas de fermentación. En boca gas excesivo. Amargor moderado. Buen sabor malteado con notas florales y levadura belga.

Clear blond yellow beer, creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: yeasty start, very grassy, lots of marijuana, fresh hops, more yeast, floral touch, some banana, sweet grains. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very yeasty tart, grassy, floral touch, hay, cow fodder, a bit sweet, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: more dry, spicy, a little fruity, yeasty finish.
