Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is floral, sweet malt, soft fruits, apples, notes of bubblegum, cleaning products and some yeast. Flavour is a bit cloying sweetness and light bitter. Body is medium. Yikes, not good at all, way too sweet with an overdone floral aroma that leans towards chemical cleaning products.

Bottle from Kisjes Slijterijen, Meppel. Aroma is mild fruity hops, citrus, malt, somewhat floral, light candied fruits, touch of yeast, very light on the pepper if you know it’s there. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Not really an IIPA, more of a hoppy Tripel, doesn’t deliver on the promised chili pepper. Nice brew.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweet toasted malt, strong wood, caramel, toffee, touch of candied dried fruits, syrupy with spicy notes. Flavour is fairly sweet and lightly bitter. Body is a little above medium. Nicely woody with rich toasted caramel malt.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweetish bready malt with caramel, soft ripe fruits, some mild spicy and floral notes. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. A bit dull but drinkable sweetish Amber.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is malt, floral hops, a hint of tea, and soft fruity notes. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is light. Easy and pleasantly hopped, in a way like a light version of Ur-Hop.

From tap at Tapkokaal Gist, Utrecht. Aroma is bready grain with some caramel, light toasted, fairly sweet, yeasty and soft grassy hints, mild bitterness. Decent body, hints of alcohol. Nice, bit sweeter than I expected.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Fairly spicy aroma with yeast, malt, sugar, coriander, notes of cinnamon and aniseed. Sweet flavour with a light bitterness. Body is medium. Bit too sweet and spicy for my taste.

Аромат приятный, много сливы, изюма, и сухофруктов прежде всего, немного специй и цветов, легкая карамель. Цвет темно коричневый, пена средняя. Во вкусе снова много сливы и кураги с изюмом, немного специй, очень нежное тело и удивительно нету алкоголя практически. Послевкусие уже чутка дает больше карамльки и хлеба. В целом хорошо.
