Bottle 0.355l from El Grifo, Tulum. Hazy, brown to black colored. AROMA- sweet chocolate, touch of nougat, waffles, maybe slight touch of lavender. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, roasted, earthy, waffles, cocoa, touch of cardboard. Medium bodied. Not bad, but not so well balanced.

12oz bottle pours a viscous black with a ring of tan head. Nose has chocolate, molasses, vanilla, cinnamon. Flavor has some smoke actually, huh... Like cocoa roasted over an open flame, malt, molasses, chocolate syrup, a little palm sugar. Finishes creamy, viscous but smooth.

A deep dark porter with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, molasses, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light cocoa powder, light vanilla, pleasant. On tap at Tap 57.

Hugely infected. So much that the stout is basically unrecognizable. Vague sense of chocolate but this is all mess. Black pour with good head. Sour finish - very acidic. Tap at el Deposito.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear red brown with a thin white head. Aromas of toffee, stewed apples. Taste is sweet, more apples. Sweet toffee finish. Nice.
