Really solid brown. Roast and macademia with some caramel. Dark brown pour with great head and lacing. Not often these days I have a new great brown. Light velvet consistency, a hint of lavender in otherwise crisp bitter end. Tap at Drunkendog.

El Grifo, CDMX bottle: pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is light chocolate and roast. Taste is very light and weak for an imperial. That said nothing is really off...

Poured from the tap. Near black with thin beige head. Very mild roast malt with fruity overtones. Very much a seasonal winter ale that should probably be classified as a spice/herb/veg ale instead of a stout.

A deep dark stout with a thick creamy brown head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with light coffee notes, light vanilla, light powdery character, pleasant. In mouth, a bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, light mineral notes, lingering hops, pleasant. 8-4-7-3-13.
