RBESG 2017, sampled on July 20, 2017.LIDO Atputas Centrs, Riga. Brunch before the official gathering started.From tap.Hazy dark brown color, small tan head. Sweet, raisin, toasted, chocolate taste. Toffee, raisin aftertaste. Medium full mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, toasted, raisin scent.Really enjoyed this, perhaps a tad to sweet to drink a lot of, but fully enjoyed the 33 cl glass I got from it.7/3/6/4/12=3.2

On tap at Lido. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of Haagse Hopjes, coffee and caramel, quite sweet. Flavour of coffee, brown sugar, Haagse Hopjes, again quite sweet. Light bodied. This one was actually not too bad for a macro Kvass, but it just reminds me of the horrible Dutch Oud Bruin too much.

Large PET Bottle on the bus. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is truly awful, no words to describe it. Flavour is breads, malty, foul grainy finish. Light bodied. Tastes OK-ish.
