Tap at Faucets, Tokyo. Clear golden colour with a white head. Milt fruity aroma with lots of passion fruit. Flavour is sweet with some hops and of course passion fruit.

Deep amber color. Cherries and oranges in the nose. Full bodied, very hoppy, cherries and oranges. Well a balanced but not great depth.

Hazy amber color with medium sized creamy head. Mild aroma of fruity hops, but also old apple skins, overripe fruit. Very good drinkability, lean and smooth mouthfeel, some flavor of malt caramel and toffee; but there is also some flavor of cereals that may be a sign of aging beer; good bitterness level, with orangey resins, but also here more hop quality was expected.
Good but probably not very fresh.

Can. Hazy light amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of mango, pine, caramel, grass, citrus and biscuit. Meh. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of mango and caramel. Boring! Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Very average stale IPA.

Can. Hazy amber liquid with medium to big off-white head. Aroma of citrus, mango, pine, cereal, biscuit, grass and vegetative hops. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of mango and biscuit. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Run of the mill.

Draught. Black body with thin fast disappearing beige head. Light oat aroma. Body is light to medium, roast malt and oat. Malt flavour. A light hop edge to the finish as if the brewer wished to say, ’I put hops in it.’ Drink it if you come across it.

Bottle. Dark maroon brown color. Aroma of dark cocoa, espresso, anise. Taste is Tootsie Roll, licorice. This is the first time I’ve used the word Tootsie in a beer rating.

33cl can thanks to my friend Niels. A bit unclear orange color, full sized white head that lasts for a long time. Smell malts, grapefruit and hops. Taste malts, grapefruit, hops, citrus, bitterness. Long lasting hop bitter finish. Medium carbonation, medium to full body. Very tasty.
