Draft at the brewpub. Pours golden apricot gold with white head. Nose and taste of light funk, oak, white wine, lacto and fresh peaches. Mild acidity. Medium body.

Draft - Spicy, grassy and yeast. Clear gold with a thin head. Saison with lots of Belgian yeast. Well balanced with everything it needs, a good solid saison with a yeasty note.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden pea with a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy grain and grass with a bit of light earthy fruit. Flavor has more earthy fruits and light earthy citrus up front with bread and grass as the backbone.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of tea note with earthy wheat and light citrus. Flavor is smooth earthy wheat with tea, light citrus and a dry finish.

Draft - Spice and hops and a bit of acidity. Cloudy amber with a beige head. A hoppy bitterness to go with the spicy clean finish. A nice hoppy saison, that has a nice punchy bitterness.Earlier Rating: 2/6/2014 Total Score: 3.6Draft - Lime and lemon with a bit of dish detergent, in a good way. Hazy yellow with a thin white. Bitter and grassy with lots of lime. They were going for key lime pie and got it.

Draft - Roast malts and molasses. Jet black with a rich beige head. Toasted malts and yeast. A nice Belgian yeasty dark that is well balanced and tasty.

Draft - Rich honey like sweetness with a bit of spice and citrus. Clear light gold with a rich white head. Boozy and yeast flavours with touches of honey. Belgian pale strongs are not my thing.

Bottle - Tart, Bert and light citrus. Pale clear gold with almost no head. Tart citrus and light Bret with a clean finish. Another light sour that is on par with the rest of their others.

Draft - Grains and pale malts. Clear pale gold with a thin white head. Light bitterness and grains with a touch of pale malts. A little bitter with no real flavor.
