On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale yellow with a bubbly white head they dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of slightly tart and earthy tropical fruits with a touch of dryness and barnyard. Flavor has more earthy tropical fruits with a bit of grain and Brett with a slightly dry and tart finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of tart citrus, Brett and a bit of a dry red grape note. Flavor starts with more of a rich tart dark fruit note with a bit of a Brett bite and a finish of deep, dry red wine.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a great combination light tart peach and a nice dry white wine note as well as a touch of acid. Flavor has more sweet peach with just a touch of tartness and a great dry white wine finish.

Draft - Floral, orange and skunky earthy hops. Clear gold with a nice white head. Skunky bitter orange with a long bitter finish. Not my favourite from them.

Draft - Fruit esters, green apple and golden malts with a touch yeast. Pale gold and a thin white head. Pale malt sweetness, lots of yeast and booze. Not my style.

Draft - Toffee and a little grain. Clear amber with a thin beige head. Weedy hop bitterness that stars and finishes. Bitterness overwhelms and makes a good APA but not a great amber except the colour.

Draft - Plum, raisin and dark fruit. Clear amber with a rich beige head. Boozy yeast, orange and dark fruit. Long yeasty finish. Nice, but the yeast is a bit overpowering for my taste.

Draft - Strong bourbon notes and roast. Jet black with a light brown head. Heavy bourbon with a bit of roast. A lice well balanced, a bit on the bourbon side but good.

Draft - Sweet cherry with a slight sour grape and malt. Cloudy brown orange with a thin brown head. Sour grape, plum and a bit of cherry. Nice but a bit ’fresh’, would be great with a bit of barrel age. Bottle - More flavor and edge. Better.

Draft - Brett, peach, and lemon. Hazy gold with a rich white head. Sour lemon drop with Bret and little spice. Very nice saison.
