Bottle at Gallery II: Beauty From A Barrel. Pours dark ruddy copper with very little head. Aroma is sort of smoky bourbon red berry. Med body or better. Flavor is malty, tartly red berry - which could be cherry - a little bourbon, some oak wood in the finish. It’s delicious.

Bottle at Gallery II: Beauty From A Barrel. Pours light dishwater gold with no head. Aroma is brett - possibly also lambicus. Light bodied. Mild sweat sox flavor with light, likely citrus, fruit. Astringent. Oak accents. Good stuff.

Draft at Salud Market. Cloudy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma of funky peach and apricot. Taste is softly sour stonefruit, full bodied. Very nice.

Draft. Hazy reffish blue color, fluffy white head. Aroma of funky berries, sour fruit, barnyard dust. Taste is softly sour berries, plums, dusty, peppery dry finish. Delicious.

Draft at the downstairs tasting room. Pours a clear copper color with a thin tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of heavy smoke, pumpkin, caramel, toasted wood. The taste is heavy smoke, spice, pumpkin, mild rum. Medium bodied.

Draft at the downstairs tasting room. Pours a clear copper color with a thin white head. Aroma of big whiskey and wood notes, coconut, tannins, dark fruits, booze. The taste is big whiskey notes, toffee, booze, caramel. Medium bodied. Pretty hot.

6900th rating! Draft at the downstairs tasting room. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of pale malts, slightly sweet, brett, earth, mild funk. The taste is tart citrus, buttery malts, mild brett. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.
