Draft - Grapefruit and citrus hops with a sweet malt backbone. Pale gold with a rich white. Pine and resin with a light caramel sweetness. A resin and orange.

Draft - Sour white grape, citrus and funk. Cloudy orange with a thin white head. Tart lemon, great and some light straw. Very nice and drinkable sour.

Draft - Light dark berry and bourbon barrel notes. Cloudy maroon with a thin beige head. Light berry and bourbon notes. Light tartness with a clean finish. A great gateway sour.

On tap @ Wicked Weed. Pours a reddish brown appearance with a thin tan head. Caramel, roasted aroma with cherries and tannins. A bit juicy flavor. Graham cracker / toffee, pie cherry flavor. Interesting but not my favorite.

On tap @ Wicked Weed. Pours a reddish violet appearance with a white head. Bright berry / cherry, slightly acetic, leathery, a bit tannic aroma. Moderately tart. Nice fruit. Fairly dry. Low bitterness. Nice pucker. Kind of cool.

On tap @ Wicked Weed. Pours a dark brown appearance with a brown head. Big oak, chocolate, mild tannin aroma. Some whiskey but not boozy. Pretty thick. Surprisingly not overly sweet. Caramel. Woody flavor. OK.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong pine note with a resin bite and a touch of grass and dryness. Flavor has more bitter pine with a strong resin and fennel notes as well as a touch of dryness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear amber with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of grapefruit with bitter citrus and a hint of tartness. Flavor has lots of grapefruit with a bit of bitter citrus and an earthy grain backbone.
