(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2023) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty nose with dark bread, prunes, raisins and caramel. Malty taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, figs and a mild spicy bitterness. More than medium body, quite sweet. Malty, soft and well balanced. Quite nice.

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Inoven, SandervdL en Roelzie op het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival 2023 in den Bosch. Het is een helder oranje bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van bloemen en fruit. De smaak is vol fruitig en zoet met tonen van honing.

Gedronken tijdens het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival in den Bosch. Donkerbruin bier met rode gloed. Weinig schuim. Aroma van hop en drop. De smaak is fris zoetig en droomachtig. Nasmaak is licht bitter met salmiak.
