Taster at the COS location. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is lemongrass, white sugar, thin spruce, and straw. Sweet and sugary, with a mild, weird bitterness. Light, sticky, and oddly slick. Strange, chemical, and not terribly pleasant.

On tap at Rock Bottom Chicago. Slightly hazy deep golden with small white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is wheat esters and hop backbone.

At the brewpub, December, 2015. This was only $2.95 for a true pint. it is very drinkable if not bringing anything new. Light malt flavors, dry, and very easy to drink. It is a simple beer.

At the brewpub in December, 2015. appearance of a clear, dark copper color. Served in a pint glass. Light berry aroma and some yeast there also. flavor has the lightest hint of a sour flavor, but certainly not sour yet. Served too young maybe. As it is, a light flavored fruit beer with some yeast that leads me to believe it might change given some time.
