Pours a murly dark brown body and a dense light brown head that leaves a thin layer. Aroma's: roasted malts, licorice, hops. Retronasal there's a lot of licorice. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light bitter . Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry and increasingly bitter.

Gedronken tijdens het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival in den Bosch. Goudgeel bier met stevig schuim. Aroma van asperge. De smaak is fris van asperges en zoet. Nasmaak is licht bitter.

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Inoven, SandervdL en Roelzie op het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival 2023 in den Bosch. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een gistachtige geur. De smaak is vol Moutig, bloemig en zacht zoet.

Bottle. Almost black. Lots of roasted notes, dry earthy notes, zesty hops, mineral, chalky. Under medium sweet, medium bodied. Medium bodied. OK.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden to amber, white head. Aroma: Wheat, vinuous notes, tart hints. Taste: Very smooth mouthfeel, wheat malt,yeasty, vinuous, white wine / white grapes, Light sweet and tart, moderate bitterness. Some oak and tannins at dry-ish finish. Just under medium body, under average carbonation. Bit unbalanced and bit thin. Not bad, but I had higher expectations.
