Bottle on 2nd June 2024 from Morrison’s, Chalk Farm. Pours clear orangey amber with almost no foam or lace. Caramel malt aroma with fruitiness. Tangy fruits in-mouth, and a finish of butterscotch maltiness and leafy hoppiness. Medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Weak, piney, leafy and minimally citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, pale and slightly caramel malty background, hints of lemon tea, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is slightly leafy and piney hoppy, pale and minimally caramel malty basis with low residual sweetness, hints of tea, a touch of lemon tea. Oily watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively weak and cautious, expressionless - so-so.

Fles 50cl thuis. Zacht, wat koffie, cacao, roasted malts, zoetig, wat caramel, bittertonen, wat droog. (3-5-2024).

[50cl bottle from Morrisons, Bracknell.] A straw coloured pour with a thin white head; weak pineapple aroma; citrus and pineapple taste with a biscuity malt body; and a pithy citrus bitterness to finish.

Bottle from Co-Op, Whitstable. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is caramel malt, light woody hops. The flavour is over-moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, earthy, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, flowral, thin. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20240321]
