14/7/2021. Cask at the Dog & Partridge, on the A628 from Sheffield. Pours clear amber with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, biscuit, fruit, hint of camp coffee. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Developing earthy bitterness to finish. Good looking beer and quite enjoyable..

Bottle from Morrisons. Pours a clear light golden colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of honey and biscuits with hints of citrus and floral. Taste is more citrus with lemon pith with just a touch of honey and biscuits. Grassy hop finish. Medium body, fairly smooth mouthfeel. Good for the abv.

Wetherspoon Autumn Beer Festival 2019. Cask @ Paramount, Manchester. Golden with a deeper glow to it and a creamy head. It has a nice malty base which compliments its hops. This provides a mid bitterness.

Bottle from Craft & Berry. Appearance - golden with a slightly off-white head Nose - caramel, in fact honey. Taste - more honey, some wholemeal bread and just a hint of lemon. Palate - creamy, light to medium body. At the very end there's a bit of hop cleaning up. Overall - too sweet to start with though it did grow on me a bit.
