Lightly hazy gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is minerally crisp from good fine carbonation. Light floral.sweetness, Motueka like. Mildly bitter tangerine and tangerine pith. Juicy. Crisp finish. Nice contrast between the floral sweetness and bitter tangerine.

Appearance: Brown colour with a small off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, raisin.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Roasted malt, raisin, some chocolate.

Bottled. Hazy mahogany colour, Dark bread with notes of raisin. Mid sweet with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel, toffee and light raisin. Low bitterness.

Cask (Bacchus, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Lemon, tea and a hint of pineapple in the aroma. Refreshing taste with grapefruit, tea and bitter lemon.

Cask (Fitzgeralds, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Orange peel, lemon and lime in the aroma. Tangy and refreshing taste with lemon, pine and a hint of tea.

Light blonde, very clear, thin white head, soft lacing
Aroma of light citrus zest, slightly lemony, light minerals
Taste as aroma, some lemon zest, bit flinty
Palate - Light body, bit oily. Finish is bitter, very dry linger

Draught (Bacchus, Newcastle) - Copper in colour. Biscuity malt, dried fruit, toffee and pine in the aroma. Gooseberries, pine, grapefruit, biscuity malt and toffee all feature in the taste.
