Description
We are a micro brewery based in Lockwood, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and we also now have our own TapHouse, The Corner in Huddersfield's Market Walk
We brew high quality cask conditioned real ales, bottle conditioned beers and limited quantities of Key Keg.
Over the years, we have gained a reputation for producing crisp, clean flavoured hoppy ales. Our speciality is single hopped variety ales. We are regularly trying new hop varieties and blending different hops to create new flavours. We always stock a variety of single hopped beers, as well as semi-regulars and new one-off brews which enable us the explore different hop and malt combinations.

Cask at CPK, London. Pours an opaque black with an off-white, foamy head. Sweet, roasty malt aroma with char and tobacco notes. Fairly sweet flavor with more roasted malts, some chocolate. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. Finishes with dark malts, chalk, and some dry, roasty bitterness. Really good.

8th September 2010. Cask Pub & Kitchen.
Cheers to Harrisoni for the pint. Thanks Ian! Hazy amber beer, little white head. Light very dry palate. Not much to say about this - a little mild bitter hop on an okay malt base. Overdry palate gets in the way. The finish is particularly over dry.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a dense white head. Fresh, citrusy nose. Light-bodied, lots of fruit and distinct citrusy hops. Lightly hoppy finish. Mallinsons doesnโt seem to be afraid of hops. 210110
