We believe that great beer should be brewed with passion and love, using the finest possible ingredients to create an array of complex, long flavours. Just like a long journey through the Sahara dessert, the flavour journey will be long and rewarding.
Our slow brewed beer and multi step mashing method crafts a beer with unsurpassed malt and caramel flavours. We refuse to filter our beers ensuring all those good flavours remain. We also bottle and keg condition so our beers can be stored for a long time. They just get better with the passing of time. The Pony says ”Dude it’s so good!”
At the Pony, our unique brewery door outlet “The Brewshed” is located right inside our commercial brewing space. There’s nothing as relaxing as watching our brewers hard at work while you enjoy the fruits of their labours with a beer tasting plank!

From a 375ml can on 20/8/2025. Pours a murky amber with a smallish head. The nose is modest with some stewed fruit (maybe apples) and some spice. It's an utterly odd beast on the sip. Tastes of stewed and fermenting fruit - apples again, and maybe some fig and date, without the sweetness, and some caramel malt. Spicy, with a bit cinnamon, a a touch salty, and decently bitter at the back with resin lingering in the mouth. Warming with more than a hint of booze. Full bodied with moderate to average carbonation. Stylistically unfathomable, and both complex and messy all at the same time. Gets a bit better as it warms, but lacks sufficient charm and cohesion to impress..

375ml can from the Beer Bank, Tropicana, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is lager yeast, light herbal. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, herbal, earthy, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not so bad as far as lagers go. Somewhat sessionable.

Can, can't see a date. Gold with a loose white head that doesn't last. 3- Aroma of boiled and Moroccan lemons, crackers. A bit of body and a nice caramelised edge to the malt with cooked lemon and gentle spice towards a moderately bitter finish. More a steady drinker than a thirst crusher. Not bad at all.

375ml can at the Beer Bank, Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear light amber colour with no life at all. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, malt, herbal, light pineapple, vanilla, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. This is supposed to be a Brut IPA and there was no carbonation at all. Totally flat. Tasted ok, but anyone that has bought this deserves an apology. Where are my bubbles!!!
