When I asked for one 0.5l, the bartender mentioned that I can save some money by buying 12 beers for 720 pesos (one beer was 120 pesos). I am happy that I went for one beer and not 12 since I am alone and that this beer is utterly dull.

Can, 10/30/22. Clear, pale blonde, medium white head to ring. Wax paper/acetyldehyde, mineral water...about it. Light apple and wax, hint of mineral water and more green apple on the papery, watery finish. Not sure what this is supposed to be, but it's pretty tremendously terribly made. No beer character whatsoever.

Bottle, in Penasco, 10/30/22. Lightly sweet, maybe a touch of both melanoidin and/or toast and toffee. Alcohol, perhaps, on the end. Clean. Sweet and malty though I wouldn't call it richly-so with still the same filtered texture of a filtered macro lager (though to be fair, it's no different than a filtered German bottle of say, Optimator). Sweet, sticky, though not horrendously so, and drying on the finish with light bitterness, medium malt breadiness and light alcohol.

12oz can, drunk 10/28/22. Pale blonde, fizzy head, max filtration. Maybe a slight tinge of DMS but some actual malt. No hop. Bland, watery, somewhat paper-like flavor (or wax, maybe). It's not great! But still worlds better than American swill.

195mL bottle in Puerto Penasco, 10/28/22. Bronze lager, small head. Nose has a hint of more than just swill-like maltiness. Maybe a bit of toast or toffee. Low hop, mostly clean. Lightly malty, well-carbonated, maybe an afterthought of floral hops. Low bitter, clean. The light amount of specialty malt is noticeable, but barely.

Bottle pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is nice light grain some caramel malts. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain some toasted malts.

473ml can. (3.8% ABV). Pours a crystal-clear gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Faint aroma of grainy pale malt and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, maybe a hint of lemon and grassy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable. Nothing offensive, but a tick is a tick!
