Description
Dois Corvos is an independent, family-owned brewery in Lisbon, Portugal. We make distinctive craft beers that are distributed throughout Portugal and beyond. Our brewery has a Tap Room in the Marvila neighborhood of Lisbon where all our beers are served fresh from the tap.
Dois Corvos is known for the wide-range of beers in its portfolio — everything from dependable session beers and IPA's to big barrel aged stouts, experimental ales and mixed fermentations.
Brewer owned and operated.
The ideas, inspirations, innovation, and passion for the beers we create come from brewers. When brewers run the place, good things happen.
Our Brief History
Susana Cascais and Scott Steffens founded the company in late 2013 during the dark days of the Portuguese economic recession back when beer variety in Lisbon was non-existent. In 2014 brewing equipment was acquired and the brewery space was built out in Marvila, at that time a long-neglected industrial neighborhood. In 2015 the first beers were brewed and launched to the market and by the end of 2015 the Tap Room was opened, the first of its kind in Portugal.
A passion for brewing and a quest for making the best beers possible led to the production of dozens of styles. Hundreds of brews later, the mission remains intact - commitment to making honest and genuine craft beers in a 100% family-owned, independent environment that fosters innovation, inspiration and commitment to quality beer.
Today the brewery in Marvila consists of a 20 hl production brewery with 20, 40, and 60 hl fermentation tanks, bottling and kegging lines, and a public tasting room with 17 taps.
Our bottles and kegs are distributed throughout Portugal and beyond.

33cl can via Beer52. Drank at home on 7th June 2026. Hazed golden pour, white crown that tried to stay awhile. Cascade and Comet hops in the brew, so a fruity/tropical/stone fruit/citrus leaning flavour and nose wise. More bitter than sweet, drying finish. Nice, Easy Breezy sort of beer!
