330ml bottle bought at Fresh Fields Market in Croydon. Shared with Finn at a rating session. Frothy fawn-coloured head slowly diminishing over a deep rosewood coloured body. Clingy lacing. Smell of earthy malts and molasses. Fine taste of earthy chocolate, mild lactose and almond followed by a malt-driven ending with a moments of dark fruits. A bit sherry like. Medium bodied. Pleasing (at Finn’s in Tromsø 05.04.2016).

Cask @ Friends Of Ham, Leeds. Black-brown with a milky-smooth texture, upset somewhat by its noticeable strength that has a sweetness attached. There’s a thick off-white head with a few pale roasted malts in its nose.
