About
Founded in 2013 and then located in former NATO undergrounds in Terenez, in the heart of Finistère. A craft brewery with a production capacity of 10 HL (1000 liters) per brew, which has grown very quickly.

At the end of 2019, the brewery moved to the Quiella Artisanal Zone in Le Faou in order to set up its new manufacturing workshop, offices and a store - bar - restaurant. Today the brewery includes: a 40HL mashing tank, a boiling tank, a centrifuge tank (Whirlpool), two water storage tanks (one cold water and one hot water) of 80HL each and 4 fermentation tanks of 80HL.

Our beer needs time to express all of its aromas and taste. The quality of our products is sealed by a manufacturing process which is continuously improved.

An idea, a desire, a hobby turned passion, a change of life. Three years of work, reflection and learning before Oliver proudly holds his very first bottle of TERENEZ beer in front of him. An unusual place, an ammunition bay transformed into a brewery where each step is carried out with respect, with a concern for quality and authenticity. Several beers ready to be tasted and many more to come. Our brasserie is Breton but open to the world. We favor short circuits and independent resellers as well as human relationships which, in our view, are a strength.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a creamy, beige head. Nose is mainly licorice and only has subtle roast. Rich, sweet, malty body with the roast now becoming more prominent. Soft and creamy on the palate and actually both pleasant and quaffable. Very little bitterness. 031019

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey golden with only a tiny film of a head. Very vague aroma, syrupy sweet malt and alcohol perhaps. Very rich, fatty, malty body with a lowish carbonation. Fruity with some odd off notes and a vague but pleasant hint of oak. Warming finish. It's a bit all over the place but generally pleasant to drink. 140819
