Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

18/10/2024. Can from GS25 Gwangan Branch, Suyeong-gu, Busan. Pours clear golden amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, bready, malts, citrus, straw. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, quite lively. Fair.

16/10/2024. Can on the 98th floor of BUSAN X the SKY. Pours clear and almost colourless with a few bubbles. Aroma is lightly lemony. Quite sweet and carbonated. Not sure this is a ‘cider’ as we would know it in uk.
