(Can) With enthusiastic pour it had a decent white head that didn’t stick around long. Clear straw yellow. Little aroma; not offensive; vaguely lemony with flinty hints. Light bodied and fizzy. Canned at PBF XII. Clear pale yellow, no head. Boiled vegetables and old fat up front. Mid sweet with light body and empty mouthfeel. Boiled cabbage and stale fat. Revolting.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo e la costanza olfattiva è corta. Il mantello birroso superiore non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto torbido. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è snello. L'amaro è moderato. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è appena percepibile. Sul tetto della bocca finiscono note di cereali.

50cl bottle at Momofuku DC, pours a clear dark gold with some clumpy, white head. Nose of honey, grist, dough, corn. Flavor has corn, flower petals, some metal. Finishes watery. What did you expect?
