Description
We believe in cider, we love cider, always have done always will do. Cider is part of our national heritage, it’s a cause for celebration. Wanting everyone to enjoy cider as much as we do is probably a bit too big a challenge but if we can help a few people to try and enjoy it then that’s a decent start...

Bottle at home, 10/07/16. Light golden yellow with a decent white cap of bubbles that soon dissipates. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light vanilla, straw, faint smoke. Taste comprises sweetish apple, apple pie, hay bale, light gammon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent cider, on the sweet side but the dry finish takes the edge off the sweetness.

Bottle from Booths, Media City. Clear golden cider that’s fairly dry, but its mid-apple flavour is crisp enough tasting. The oak ageing is more apparent than its strength.

Keg at Draft House, Tower Bridge - London. Pour totally clear with almost no colour, just a faint yellowy tint. Sugary apples in the nose, with hints of musty cellar. Light-medium sweet flavour with pleasant musty dankness, light lemony acidity, dry apples, wood. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Drying on the finish, with some bitter apple skin, more basement, faint acidity, light ripe apple sugars. Has a nice complexity about it. Solid overall.
