The flavor is similar to the aroma, but with a lot of dark bread versus molasses. Fairly light and mild in flavor overall. Medium-light body. Almost no carbonation. Zero bitterness. Nothing good or bad, just a bit lifeless. An okay dark lager, but a weak Dunkel.
