Can. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. lemon notes. Light sweet artificial lemon flaor. Short finish. watery palate.

Canned in Bucharest. Cloudy yellow, mid sized head. Fanta aroma. Sweet and spritzy with light body. Mostly Fanta-like artificial orange flavour, but some boiled vegetale from the industry lager comes through. Lightly sticky finish without bitterness.

Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of malt and light hops. Quite bitter flavour, light hop oils, sweet grains. Dito finish.

Bottle from Rasputin’s Food & Wine, Ipswich. Pale gold colour with a white foamy head. Slightly sweet aroma with grain and grass. Average carbonation, some bitterness to finish.

Bottle from a friend. Dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of caramel malt, raisins, syrup, notes of coffee. Taste, caramel malt, burned sugar, dried fruit, wood, coffee. Light bitterness in fruity finish. Alcohol is well hidden. surprisingly good beer.

Auch in Rumänien wird gerne Bier getrunken. Auch wenn in den Städten auch immer mehr Kleinbrauer auf den Markt treten, so ist das Land doch (noch) fest in der Gewalt der Brauereikonzerne, die das Land mit leicht trinkbarem, aber langweiligen Bier überziehen. Ich weiß nicht, ob es das Bier noch gibt (ich habe es ca 2014 getrunken), aber es würde auch nicht abgehen.
