Bottled. Clear red colour, big creamy head. Malt and cherry in aroma, breadish hints. Cherry and malt in flavour. Strawberryish flavour in the finish. A bit of a "split-personality beer".

Bottle. Sweet-tart cherry with hints of yeast and mustiness. Brick red color with moderate pink head. Slightly sweet black cherry flavor with typical lambic hints of yeast and mustiness. Really enjoyed the cherry flavor.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Beautiful, dark, golden colour - hazy. Dry - not much sweetness was left in this. Typical sour vinegar notes but I also detect whiskey, yes for sure - this is the closest you get to bourbon in a beer bottle.... (Mine was 6% ABV). 240793

(0,375 ml bottle) Pale and hazy amber colour with small fizzy off-white head. Aroma of vinegar with hints of apples and honey. Very sour malty, lively carbonated taste with a slight sweet aftertaste with hints of caramel. Average Gueuze, but quite drinkable.

Bottled, corked 375cl
Amber color, creamy fluffy off-white head, lace. Aroma has sour apple juice, mould and earth. Slightly sour apple juice flavor also plus earthy notes. Quite easy to drink: has some fruity sweetness in the finish.

Bottled, corked 375cl (BB 06/2006)
Rose-red hazy color, big creamy pink head, lace. Artificial rasberry aroma. Sour - sugary rasberry flavor. Quite drinkable but earthy notes in this lambic are quite lame.

Tap. A crisp/tart raspberry aroma. Medium red with little head. A strong-sweet-tart raspberry flavor. An enoyable framboise - pretty much what I expected from it.

Tap. Nice tart and yeasty aroma. Light yellow color. Tart flavor throughout - got better and more complex as I drank more. Bottled version aged 18 mos - less tart and sweeter. Non-traditional gueuze.

Tap. Sweet sugary aroma. Medium brown color with little head. Smooth sweet-tart flavor - no bitterness at all. A nice Faro but definitely a sipping beer.

Tap at Mort Subite cafe. A subtle aroma - yeast and citrus. Light yellow and cloudy. Smooth sweet flavor with lemon/lime - tastes like a witbier. Very nice and lighter after drinking heavier lambics.
