Dark copper colour with lacy head. Aroma and flavour have loads of sweet red fruits. Just a touch of floral hop dryness in the finish adds essential balance.

Keg at Taphouse Sesimbra. It pours lightly hazy copper with a medium off-white head. The aroma is all about the thyme, herbal, spicy, savoury, pizza and brown bread. The taste is dry, bitter, earth, toasty grain, cereal, brown bread, tannin, definite thyme character and light spice. Finish is dry with a touch of caramel. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit bizarre, but not without its charm.

Keg at Taphouse Sesimbra. It pours clear deep yellow - gold with medium white head. The aroma is bread, cereal, toasty grain, stone fruit, apricot and peach in the background. The taste is bitter - sweet, dry, toasty grain, grass, bread, sweet stone fruits, nectarine, light alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Aroma could be a bit brighter, but it’s not bad overall. Decent stone fruit character to it.
