Brasserie Maltstrom Brut IPL (style is mislabelled on RB) Pour at Foudres Uni, 2 oz. A honey copper gold with a musty cheese yeasty aroma. Medium bodied with vanilla and funky wheat/grain notes. The beer has a crisp flavor and an overall nice depth but on first whiff it is so so.

*NEIPL, série 1, batch Milky yellow in color with a big juicybhop bouquet. Medium to light bodied with an almost orange julep minty fruity taste to it. Crisp and clean, this is smooth and damn good. One of the better Quebec NE style hop beers I’ve tried. Ap 4 Ar 8 t 8-9 p 4 o 14 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft: Poured a pale yellow color le with a nice foamy head. Aroma of light cereal notes with some light rustic notes is pleasant. Taste is also a mix of rustic cereal with light tart notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and easily drinkable grisette.

Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune opaque, mousse blanche onctueuse. Arôme d'agrumes, malt, pointe d'alcool, cannabis, levure. Goût d'agrumes, houblon résineux, malt, amertume moyenne-élevée, légèrement sucrée. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-dense.

Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune laiteux opaque, mousse blanc cassé aérienne. Arôme d'ananas, pamplemousse blanc, houblon résineux, herbacé, pointe de levure. Goût d'ananas, houblon résineux, amertume moyenne-élevée, malt pâle, pamplemousse blanc. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen, ample. Superbe!
