Canette 473ml. Couleur brune très foncée presque opaque laissant à peine filtrer la lumière, mousse moka pâle onctueuse et tenace laissant une superbe dentelle. Arôme de malt grillé, pointe de café, houblon terreux. Goût de malt grillé, houblon feuillu, amertume moyenne plutôt longue, fruité, café. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Canette 473ml. Couleur dorée trouble, mousse blanche tenace. Arôme de houblon herbacé, malt pâle, légèrement fruité. Goût de houblon herbacé, malt, amertume élevée. Carbonatation​ moyenne, corps moyen, duveteux. Probablement pas pile poil sur le style, mais par cette chaude journée, c’est foutrement bon!

A dark brown imperial stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, dark fruits, plums, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light peated notes, light coffee grind, musty character, alcohol warmth, light licorice, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2017.

Can: Poured a cloudy brown color Dunkel with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light biscuit notes. Taste is a mix caramelized malt with some biscuit notes with some heavy bready yeast notes. Body is full with great carbonation. Not a style I am very accustomed to but this example was well brewed and quite enjoyable.

16oz can pours a bright, translucent straw gold with some soapy, lacing white head. Nose grass, lemon, orange, soap too. Flavor has some malt, a little guava/mango, orange, soap, grasses. Finishes bitter, crisp, dry.

Bière jaune paille presque brumeuse dont le parfum évoque la tangerine, le pamplemousse et la résine de pin. En bouche, c’est très bon, conforme au bouquet et assez piquant, avec le poivre qui arrive en finale. Il y a bien un petit croustillant de céréales fraîches, mais je cherche la Lager en toute honnêteté. Effervescence nulle et mousse fugace...

A lightly hazed dark brown dunkel with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with herbaceous character, nice nutty notes, dark fruits, molasses, very nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with loads of dark fruits, resinous herbaceous character, light chocolate, nice and pleasant.
