(500ml bottle shared by Eric, thanks!) Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a decent white head and lace. Notes of orange and lemon peels, some pith/pulp, leafy herbal hops, touch of old hop character in it I felt, lightly acidic white grapes, light barnyard/leather intersection between Brett and barrel, soft acidity lingering into the finish, softly vinous but also pretty citrusy with wood and malt popping up in the aftertaste. Light to medium body, slick, filling carbonation. Solid enough but less than the sum of its parts, with the grapes not adding to the Brut IPA but making for a less than exciting grape 'ale' too.

Can: Poured a golden color lager with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of dry hoppy notes with some light tropical notes with some clean cereal notes also noticeable. Taste is also a good mix of light tropical notes with some clean cereal notes and with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable lager with nice twist with NZ hops.

(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours hazy deep red-tinged orange with a thick off-white cap and some lace. Notes of tart red and orange forest berries, definitely some sour cherry and currant/cranberry vibes, almost sea buckthorn like bright acidity, touches of darker Rubus richness, sharp but not overwhelming lactic lemon bite, barest hint of acetic fruit vinegar that actually broadens the palate, heavy funky barnyard blanket with leathery barrels, drying but quite sou finish with promient red berry and wood tannins and lingering funk. Light to medium body, slick but with filling bottle conditioned carb. Lovely blended sour wild that might as well be an ale as there's no real lager crispness; great complexity from all the fruits and a solid barrel/flora combo.

(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours nearly clear dark gold with an average white head. Notes of above moderately acidic pale citrus and tree fruit, some tart white grape vibes as well, lactic lemony with maybe a hint of acetic acid, quite a decent amount of barnyard-y earthy Brett, good barrel structure and tannins, soft grassy hops, rounded lightly mineral finish, cereals not really present nor overly crisp and lager-like, long sour fruity aftertaste with lingering barrel and soft grassy bitterness. Medium-bodied, slightly slick, average effervescent carbonation. Good wild not-ale, a bit on the acidic side for me but not excessively so. Barrel character is soft but does impart a little vinousness.

(500ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours lightly hazy medium gold with a big white head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Aromas of white wine grape, lots of fresh grass and herbs, tons of oak, cereals, quite aromatic from the dry hopping, moderate Brett dry straw vibes. Flavour is fairly dry up front, melon and a little citrus, white wine, grass, round full oak with a little vanillin, soft Brett with some fruity pineapple-like esters, a slightly crispy mineral-inflected cereal core, finishing quite dry and lightly bitter with lingering citrus and melon, grass and oak into the aftertaste. Light to medium body, full bottle condition style carbonation. Nice well-hopped wild beer, the lager base comes through more clearly than in their wild sour lager series but the oak, hops and Brett are still driving the boat here.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours fairly hazy dark salmon pink rosé colour with a decent lingering pink white head and spotty lace. Aroma of fresh and lightly jammy strawberries, with an herbal vibe and a little phenolic twang, soft vegetal rhubarb, yoghurty lactic acid, light citrus. Flavour is lightly tart with smooth yoghurty lacto again, some cereal, nice soft strawberry flesh with retsrained pips, not very phenolic, rhubarb just kind of knits things together I think, dry lactic finish is softly mineral, lingering berries and cereals. Lightish body, soft to moderate carbonation. Nice fresh and refreshing strawberry rhubarb stuff, it's far from a smoothie but still gets nice berry quality without the plastic often associated.
