500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 19, thanks Jeremy for bringing this back from your travels. Pours amber with a faint mist, frothy white head. Taste is a bit twiggy, thin, malty, not much hop action besides a firm bitterness. Ok-ish.

500ml bottle; BB Sep 2020. brought back from Guernsey by me and shared at the 30th Sep 2019 Shrewsbury Bottle Exchange Group meeting in Chez Sophie. Clear body, golden amber, white topping. Pretty malty and fairly sweet for an IPA, but my sweet tooth liked it.

500ml bottle; BB Jun 2020. Drank at home on 19th Sep 2019. Slight haze to the golden pour, wispy white head. Grassy/herbal nose, with similar flavours from the hops in the taste, light malty base for balance, but this is a hop forward beer without any strong bitterness.

Half-pint in The Ship & Crown, St. Peter Port, Guernsey on 9th Sep 2019. Not too sure what's 'craft' about it? Bog standard lager in looks and taste, a little citrus note here and there, some mild malty flavour maybe. Refreshing, but nothing out of the ordinary.

9th Sep 2019, hand-pulled pint in the brewery owned Ship & Crown, St Peter Port, Guernsey. Pale golden pour, clean and clear, white crown on top. Light malty aroma with a mild citrus hint. The taste is also malty with a citrus feel. Nice easy drinking beer, flavour and nose might be subtle, but it's a pleasant session ale all round.

Cask at Garden Gate Hampstead. Amber golden colour, slightly cloudy, white creamy head. Aroma lots of malt and a bit of stink. Lots of grain and a bit of apple. Taste, bit apple juice, only a touch of bitterness, which soon fades. Some fruitiness, but not really very IPA like. Quite smooth though, and not a bad pint.
