Sample from bottle. Light golden pour, ring of white head. Aroma and taste are mild sour notes, tart. Light fruity flavors pair well with the pucker. Nice, bright.

On tap at Upright, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals some campfire smoke, straw and biscuity malt. Flavour is vibrant on the campfire smoke, with light herbaceousness, and crisp biscuity malt. Nicely smoky, dry and clean. Very well-made.

On tap at Upright, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, some grassiness, and straw. Flavour is crisp, with grassy hops, some spiciness, and crisp crackery malt. Crisp and biting, well-hopped, with good clarity. Very good.

On tap at Apex, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, citrus tangy hops, some oak, and light bugginess. Flavour is buggy, with a nice wild character, rustic saison yeast, and… I hesitate to say… banana. Odd. The bugs and oak work nicely, and so does the rustic character. But the banana is an odd appearance. Good but seems like it needs some work.
