Can. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lemon zest, dough, wheat. Thin, wheat, dough, tart lemon, crisp, crushable, very good.

750ml bottle thanks to rich. Pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is brett spice grain some floral notes. Taste is more of the spice floral bread cereal brett kick.

Pour at De garde release. pours out a hazy gold topped with a small head. nose is sour oak barrels plenty of the brett and a little stone fruit. Taste is more of the stone fruit funky brett and a nice oak.

Can at De garde release. pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. nose is nice tropical fruit bowl with grapefruit and a light sweetness. taste is more of the heavy tropical fruit hops some pithy notes a sweet and light bitterness on the end.

Can @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Dark brown, dark red-brown color, small to average sized tan head. Smell and taste malts, light cocos, a bit more after it warms up a bit more, moderately sweet with a hint of sweet malts. Quite nicely balanced, quite like it. Nice sweet stout.

Can @benzai. Dark brown colour with a medium to large sized beige head. Smells chocolate, coffee, roasty. Tastes sweet, roasty, coffee. Thank god I can’t taste the coconut. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.
