Can sample at a tasting at Noam’s place. Thanks Levi. Cloudy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma of lacto, sauerkraut, graininess, some fruitiness. Flavor has some sweetish graininess, lacto, wheat, a bit of sauerkraut, and nice fruitiness. Quite light-bodied.

At De Garde. Seems to me that this might be the same as Blackberry Emergence. I am checking with the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow copper color with a medium white head. A big vinous funky nose. Sour lemons, white wine, a bit of tannins. Smooth, tasty.

On tap at De Garde, pours a cloudy yellow with no head. Nose is fairly subtle, with notes of oak, brett, and a touch of stone fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of oak, brett and tart stone fruits. Well-balanced, dry and earthy on the finish. Very solid.

On tap at De Garde, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of funky brett and a little tart oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice funky brett quality, tart oak and some leather. Really cohesive and rather soft on the palate. Excellent.
