Pours hazy yellow gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Mango, guava and melon rind aromas. Soft with sweet white smarties and dirty melon rind front to back. Lasting bitter tropical fruit skin and melon rind finish. Nope.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, a pretty decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth airy palate, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Smooth pale malts, a pretty forward creamy sweetness.. Soft cooling pine hops. Light bright citrus and stone fruits, juicy with a mild tang. A touch of hop spice. Crisp cooling pine finish shows a touch of tropical fruits. A good crisp bright dipa, just a tad sweet from the pale malts, dial that back a coupla notches, well for my taste, woulda smashed it out the park. Good stuff anyway.

Tight foamy white head on a hazy dull golden coloured body.
Gooseberry, earthy & herbal aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth & soft thinning out to a very dry back.
Light malt, resinous, herbal, grapefruit, white wine & earthy tastes with a long bitter finish.
Solid.

Not bad. Very sweet. Fairly one-dimensional. Like a sweet dark syrup. An OK sipper. Some chocolate, raisins.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to the team. Opaque dark brown beer, a very small tan head. All told, a fairly light palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Soft rich dark chocolate malts. Dark chocolate Malteasers. Mild mild coffee and mercifully light marshmallow. Airy smooth finish. A pleasant and drinkable affair, nicely balanced.

Bottle at CBJ Tasting. Dark kreosote. No head. Aroma has espresso and hazlenut. Dark chocolate. Flavourwise it got rich praline and mocha with a sweet berry edge. Thick. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long finish. Interesting. Nice but heading towards too sweet for me.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A dark brown black coloured pour with a lasting halo. Of kahki a head. Aroma is semi sweet, hazelnut, nutty milk chocolate, cocoa nibs, vanilla. Flavour is composed of medium sweet z oily, hazelnut, dark chocolate Nutella spread. Palate is oily, slick, alcohol in the finish. Good bit sweet.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick burnt yellow cloudiness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some mild messy lace
Aroma: kinda a dusty conglomeration of grapefruity to piney to pulled passion fruity tart/sweet-ish whiffs then a subtle lemony to malty scent
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a bittersweet to slightly bitter and a crisp juicy sort of quality; finishes with a pinch of sweet grapefruity to passion fruity-ish hints
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium; between sessionable and being a sipper; some smoothness with ample dryness but nothing overbearing; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: not bad for what it is but I think I was kinda expecting a bit more of an expressive aroma and flavor.
