2017-11-01, tasting at SF, can, 7-3-7-4-14=35
Hazy blond color. Nice aroma, a bit weedy initially then that fades away; followed by peachy fruity hops, and later by piney notes. Dry mouthfeel, lean, nice clean crispy malt notes, then some herbal touch, chamomile, finally strong piney hops and grapefruit peel.
Very nice.

2017-10-30, draught at Strathcona, 8-3-7-3-14=35
Hazy blond color with no head. Very nice fruity hops in aroma and flavor, tropical, mango, very light dank; the mouthfeel is rather dry, a bit weak, with mild crackery malts, and the final is just a bit shorter than desired.
Good APA, more than. IPA, suitable for somebody looking for a good but light bodied drink.

Draught at the brewery
Golden color, just hazy. Mild aroma of citrus peel. Crisp malt base, the hopping is piney and herbaceous, notes of vegetables and detergent in the final. Dry.
Not a NE IPA, a regular West Coast IPA, weak and not particularly well executed.

Draught at the brewery
Dark mahogany color with compact head. It smells a bit of feet. Flavor of dark malts, not too roasty in the front, mild cherry sourness without the cherry character, and more roasty in the final.
Not bad, but purposeless and quite chaotic.

Draught at the brewery
Red hazy color. Mild tartness, light cranberry, not very interesting but clean and balanced, it's only lightly sweet.

Little haze. Light blonde. Not much had. All kinds of fruitiness, maybe a touch overripe. Malts are nondescript. Only moderate bitterness.

Dark, thick head. Earthy black ipa character. Fruity, bitter, with a light chocolate character. Nice lacing down the glass. Execution isn’t bad but I’m not nuts about the idea

Szechuan pepper. Hazy, darker amber, thin head. Aroma is pretty spicy. Rosemary is hoe I perceive this and lots of ginger...not catching the sichuan peppercorn...that’s too bad. Not a bad beer but it kind of goes nowhere.

Pinkish colour, thin head. Light cherry nose. Light, tart, mild cherry, a bit overripe. More tart than you might think...but I’m wondering why I brought ideas into “winter radler”.

Tall can from The Gull shared with wife. Canned on 2017-10-26. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is very pleasant with lots of tropical fruits, slightly dusty. Similar taste. Piney bitterness and tropical fruits aftertaste. Crispy and refreshing. Very nice.
