Black color, the head disappears quickly. Smell of glue and cardboard. Dry mouthfeel, good roasted malts, some cookie and spices, lightly herbal.
I'm not entirely sold on this polluted Stout.

On tap at Strathcona, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out heaps of dry coffee, with hearty oats and light earthiness. Flavour reveals the sarsaparilla upfront, but thankfully it's not too dominating, giving way to earthy malt and dry coffee. I'm just not a fan of the sarsaparilla, even at this lower level. Decently done, just not my thing.

On tap at Strathcona, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of tropical fruits, citrus and piney hops, some cat piss, and biscuity malt. Flavour follows suit, with lots of fresh piney hops, cat piss, light stone tropical fruits and a fairly dry biscuity malt base. Light oiliness on the palate and overall good balance. This is done really well.

Black, thin brown head. No nitro! Yes! Big roasty hoppy nose reminds me of St Ambrose back when it was good. On the palate, bitter and roasty, medium body. Touch spicy, touch fudgey. Obviously doesn’t taste like StA because no Ringwood, but a nice little stout like what a Black APA would taste like.

Golden-amber with a slight haze. Thin head. On the nose, nice mixed up hop nose - definitely citra but harder to pick out the Sorachi, Waimea, Vic Secret and Mandarina. That’s five hops from five countries. On the palate, rich, orangey, slightly tropical, with lots of catty citra notes.

Cloudy blond color. Very nice aroma, fresh, fruity, notes of elderflower. Very dry, with moderate acidity, citrus peel character, and pleasant astringency in the final.
Very nice.

From the tap at Tap & Barrel, Vancouver, Canada. Pours hazy pale gold, with quickly fading white foam. Aroma is very lemony. Body is light with medium carbonation. Taste is tart, with summer sweetness. Finish is short.

On tap at Strathcona, pours a clear pale copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, some light herbal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour follows the same path, with a herbal, floral hop character, almost buttery (not in the diacetyl way), and a soft biscuity malt backbone. This isn't really up to par for Superflux. A bit flat and not a big fan of the hop expression.
