(On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, Feb 9/19) Pours clear yellow-gold with a white head. Notes of bright tart citrus, especially lemon and white grapefruit, with ample zest, fruity yeasty esters, fresh flowers, lightly sweet malt, some grain, moderate funk with a slight sulphur edge, finishing quite dry and a bit mineral with soft oak and some lingering tartness. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. A surprise last beer of the night for me after a long session, bought on a whim but truly enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, nice lacing. Aroma is oak, lemon, Brett, dusty, white grape, apricot. Flavor is light tart, light funk, clean and bright. Light body. These guys are truly killing it under the radar on the wile ales.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing lightly filtered pale gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense and clean notes of brett, hay, and Belgian yeast. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Mildly tart, clean and easy drinking as expected with such a saison. Lightly sharp mouthfeel around the edges but a slightly higher than expected ABV.

Toranomon Hills tasting, super rare and hard-to-get bottle, thanks Justin! Pours hazy orange with a fluffy and large head. Lots of white foam that is coming down relatively slowly. Funky-fruity yeast nose, good barnyard saison character. Taste has light yellow fruits, creamy and light tart note giving some character for the finish. Acidic taste, funky and well, even clean - but still characterful and satisfying. Light yeasty feel, fluffy carbonation and ends with some Brett bitterness.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing barely filtered pale gold with very sparse white foam. The nose shows a lot of sweet apricot and peaches. Just a lot of stone fruit forwardness. The palate is moderately carbonated and medium bodied. Vanilla background with moderately intense ripe and juicy stone fruit throughout. Vanilla from the barrel supports the richness of the fruit very well. Highly tart.

Light hazy golden amber color. Soft tart nose with lots of peaches. The fruit character. Very soft golden peaches, French oak, big tartness. Very rounded. Excellent balance. Phenomenal

Bottle picked up at the brewery. Shared with Brian. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is gin, botanical, herbal, oak, lemon, floral, bugs. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, floral, oaky, herbal and bright. Light plus body. Excellent. This YoE line is a major undiscovered gem. I expect it to blow up at some point.

Draft. Straw beer with a cream head. Yeast and tart aroma. Citrus and tart flavor with light summer fruit and yeast. Medium bodied. Citrus and tartness linger with yeast, summer fruit, and light oak.
