Little cloudy dark orange to beige beer, creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, ripe apples and pears, bit spicy, hay, some citrus, sour. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: citric start, ripe to overripe fruits, apple sauce, bit sour, apple skin, bit sugary, alcohol noticeable. Aftertaste: citrus, pretty sour,bitter, apple skin, bit grassy, biscuit malts, pretty dry and spicy ending.
