Que delicioso! Molasses, dark fruit, coffee, very well balanced with light whiskey notes (Sackman whiskey, which I've never heard of). Good brewery.

Bottle split at Beer Ditch, Malmo, 18/11/22. Dark berry red to light black with a moderate beige covering. Nose is dusty red berries, straw, honey, light grains. Taste comprises booze tunes, berry compote, honey dollop, floral. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Sips well for a big 16.

pours dark brown - nearly black. Medium small to small , slightly tanned head. Scent is simple, sweeter style of roastyness, but not overly creamy - hiding the adjuncts and barrel, beïng moderate on it's overall intensity. Taste is weird, dried spices - clove come to mind- at an overpowering level. No vanilla, no maple, no BBA. Just.. Dried spices, and too much of it for sure. Alcohol seems like its in the lower range, south of 10 to me. it might be very hidden, which would be a good thing, or... Is this a error labeled beer? It tastes nothing Like i expected, and in this case, that's not a compliment. Drinkable, still, but less than preferable, whilst I was expecting liquid greatness...

Jens Spansk smagning (27/02/2023) - pumpkin spiced with notes of clove and cinnamon, some nutmeg? Sweet toasted malty backing, sweet spiced finish. Not for me.

Bottled. A cloudy amber beer with a beige head The aroma has notes of cinnamon, pumpkin, and malt. The flavor is weet with notes of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pumkin, alcohol, and malt, leading to a dry finish. I'm not a pumpkin beer fan.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Dark reddish brown colour, no head and aroma of molasses, honey, malt, rum, oak, vanilla, booze. Taste is sweet malty, molasses, honey, cola, dried fruity, with hints of smoke, vanilla & oak, nutty. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, nutty earthy boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle pour at Chinaksi, Madrid, 29/10/22. Raspberry blush to tawny pour with no head. Nose is honey, red berry syrup, residual sugars. Taste comprises mellow red berries, honey lozenge, sugars, booze, melon. Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close filled with warming alcohol. Solid.

Keg at Chinaksi, Madrid, 29/10/22. Amber with an off white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is big on pumpkin pie, caramel, herb, spice, sugars. Taste comprises caramel, pumpkin, sugars, clove, spice. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for a pumpkin affair.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A mostly clear deep copper brown coloured pour with a small halo of beige head. Aroma is sweet cola cubes, raisin loaf, nutty, fried fruits, prunes. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky dried fruits, nutty, riasin loaf, some light spice, cinnamon, strawberry, Palate is medium sweet, rounded, low carbonation. Good fun.
