Tileys Brewery
Brewpub
in Ham,
Gloucestershire,
England 🏴
Associated Venue: Salutation Inn (The Sally)
Established in 2015
The brewery, named after our family name Tiley, is now producing pale ales, best bitters and porters, purely for consumption at the Sally. We are in experimental mode so don’t expect to see the same beer week-in, week-out – this is not a production line- this is a quest to brew the very best that we can. We are now also producing beer in cans.

Cask-conditioned at the Barley Mow, Bristol 27/1/2023. Reddish-brown in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Aroma of nuts, brown sugar and some red berry sweetness. Flavour had rich and sweet malts, more red fruits and a trace of toastiness before a gentle finish. An excellent mild.

Cask. Salutation Inn, Ham, Gloucestershire. Mostly clear gold with a dense thin lasting white foam. Nose has punchy bitter hop leaf. Fairly resinous with a solid background of chewy malt. Taste has a sweetness up front and an old school pop of leafy and resin bitterness. Smooth and medium bodied. Easy drinking big hitter.
