Tap @So Good in Rome. Black pour with a gray/beige foam. Nose: lovely feel of a Belgian praline, uh! Totally a Belgian-like chocolate feel. Mouth: yes it is sweet, but perfectly balanced. It talks to hazelnuts too, chocolate is perfectly present.

Fermentorum. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, quite light really. Modest carbonation. Soft dry dark malts, trace of roast. Spicy mid. Mild fruity licorice. Dry finish brings mild earthy coffee. It's an old school straight down the line Impy. Fine.
