Description
Hammer was born in 2015 from the passion for beer of Fausto Brigati, which connects the whole family and in particular the founders Roberto Brigati and Angelo Brigati moved by a great mission: “…make quality beer”. We firmly believe that the passion and love of beer are contagious. We hope that anyone who tries our beer will be carried away by the emotion of discovery, spread and share their thoughts.

Bottle from GBBF 2017 and drunk at home. Hazy orange colour lasting white head. Strong grapefruit aroma. Whole hop flower aroma. Some sweetness. Good i thought. Some bitterness. Good in mouth. Now this i rather like lemon and grapefruit. Rather a good very drinkable dipa good. .

Keg at Ushers. Pours clear golden, nose is crystal malt, grassy, herbal, taste is sweet, malty, light smoke.

Keg at GBBF 2017, day 3. Pours unclear orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds semi-ripe citrus fruits, lightly sun-kissed pale malts, lemon peel. Medium sweet flavour with moderate piney bitterness, pae bread, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with a little warmth, slight resin, pine, peach, tangerine, more rindy bitterness. Good IPA.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 3. A hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of yellow fruity hops, pineapple, soft grassy hops. Taste of fruity bitter hops, yellow fruits, pineapple, mango, nice one.

On tap at GBBF 2017. Very hazy pale gold lasting white head. nicely cold dank hop ipa. Its dank. Light hoppy citrus dank. Really good ipa. Loved it. So Juicy. Excellent. Dry finish.

Bottle. Crisp, clean and sessionable. All about the hops - in a good way! Notes of caramel, herbs, grapefruit and red orange. Medium to high bitterness.

Tap @So Good (Rome). Semi clear dark golden pour, off-white amberish foam. Nose: malty, kind of floral a bit, a bit amber. Nice. Mouth: malty, sweet malty start and resinous charming end.
