From tap. Pours hazy dark brownto black with a huge and tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, chocolate. Bitter, roasted, dark malty. Rather dry and bitter.libgering roasted and dark malty finish.

Draught Small white head; (cold)hazed golden beer. Light hoppy nose, faintly spicy, grains. Ureumrich, piney hops, citrus (lemonzeste and lime). Ligh body, bit watery finish. Bit light in flavour and body. Expected more of this, seen their stellar session IPA.

Draught Very fine & dense white head over faintly cloudy yellow beer with some lace. Very nice, intense hoppy nose with lunaria, ureum, blossoms. Lots of ureum in the taste, bit of resin. Fruity finish, jumble of fruit/flowers. Well-carbonated, light body. Excellent light ’session’ beer.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Beer Wknd #5. Dorée, léger voile, col blanc-cassé crémeux. Arôme au nez superbement bien houblonné, fleuri, pamplemousse, melon, tropical avec un rétro pin divin. Palais pin et résineux puissant, malt pils + cara pour rappel côté ouest US avec élément australien. Résineux perdure complété par de belles notes fruitées tropicales et agrumes.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Beer Wknd #5 avec l’équipe RB et Bru. Brune foncé,e col café au lait. Arôme au nez malté, grillé, pointe de toffee et cara avec un léger côté allemand au niveau de la douceur. rétro laisse s’échapper des effluves fines d’épice voire de fruit noir ponctués par un agréable chocolaté - tjrs modeste. Palais est malté, grillé, pointe de café, et caramel le tout tend à verser vers cette approche mélanoïde allemande rendant le palais trop doux niveau malté. Le houblonnage se veut plutôt noble anglais. Ici aussi, pas de signe de l’usage indiqué de malt fumé et tourbé.

Arôme au nez fin houblonné, fruité vers les agrumes, houblons type C, pointe effluve malt en rétro ressortant plus. Palais est malté, assez sec, pâle, houblonné fruité versant vers l’américain, vert, et fleuri offrant ici le profil anglais sur pointe d’herbacé mais où l’inspiration malt reste plus centrée sur une base anglaise.
